3 cups 25%-less-sodium chicken broth, divided
2 poblano chiles, roasted, peeled, seeded and deveined
1/2 small onion
2/3 cup tightly packed fresh cilantro
2 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp. oil
1-1/2 cups long-grain white rice, uncooked
1 cup frozen corn
125 g deli honey ham, sliced, chopped
125 g (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded part skim mozzarella cheese, divided

Step 1
Blend 1 cup broth and next 4 ingredients in blender until smooth.
Step 2
Heat oil in large saucepan on medium heat. Add rice; cook 3 min., stirring frequently. Add broth mixture, corn and remaining broth; stir. Bring to boil, stirring frequently; cover. Cook 3 min., then simmer on medium-low heat 20 min. or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. Remove pan from heat. Fluff rice mixture with fork; stir in ham. Spoon into serving dish; cover to keep warm.

Whisk cream cheese and milk in medium saucepan until blended; cook on low heat 3 to 5 min. or until heated through, stirring constantly. Add 1/4 cup mozzarella; cook and stir 1 min. or until melted. Pour over rice mixture; top with remaining mozzarella.
