3-1/2 cups farfalle (bow-tie pasta), uncooked
1 Tbsp. oil
1 cup each chopped green peppers and onions
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 cup water
1 tsp. instant chicken stock mix
1 pkg. (142 g) baby spinach leaves
125 g (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, cubed, softened
1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese

Step 1
Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add peppers, onions and garlic; cook 10 min., stirring frequently. Add water, chicken stock mix and spinach; mix well. Bring to boil, stirring frequently; cook on medium-low heat 2 min. or just until spinach is wilted, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Drain pasta. Spoon vegetable mixture into blender. Add cream cheese; blend until smooth. Pour into skillet. Add pasta; mix lightly. Bring to boil, stirring frequently; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Top with Parmesan.
