Food Facts
Tacos al pastor are a favourite Mexican street food made from pork marinated in a secret sauce before being topped with pineapple and cooked on a rotisserie. They are served in very small tortillas (just 2 bites each), topped with chopped cilantro, onions, pineapple and hot sauce.
Where to Find Mini Corn Tortillas
Mini corn tortillas can typically be found near the butcher section in Mexican grocery stores. They are great for use in the preparation of appetizers, such as these tasty tacos. If you can't find them, use regular corn tortillas and cut them into smaller rounds with a 4-inch cookie cutter.
Customize this recipe by preparing the marinade with your favourite combination of chiles.
