1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. oil, divided
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
1/2 red onion, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
1/4 cup Bull's-Eye Chicken & Rib Renegade Barbecue Sauce, divided
6 cups tortilla chips
1/4 cup drained pickled jalapeño slices, chopped
1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Step 1
Mix lemon juice and 2 Tbsp. oil until blended. Drizzle over chicken in shallow dish. Refrigerate 30 min.
Step 2
Heat barbecue to medium heat. Remove chicken from lemon juice mixture; discard lemon juice mixture. Brush both sides of onions evenly with remaining oil.
Step 3
Grill chicken and onions 10 min. or until onions are softened, turning onions after 5 min. Remove onions from barbecue. Turn chicken; brush with 2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce. Grill 3 to 5 min. or until done (165ºF).
Step 4
Chop onions and chicken coarsely. Place chicken in medium bowl; toss with remaining barbecue sauce.
Step 5
Spread chips onto bottom of disposable 13x9-inch foil pan sprayed with cooking spray; top with chicken, onions, chopped jalapeños and cheese. Cover with foil. Place pan on barbecue grate; grill 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
