2 1/2 lb. Canadian Peameal bacon, roast, pickled/cornmeal
3/4 cup Kraft Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce
1/4 cup maple-flavored or pancake syrup

How do I make it ?
Just follow our simple steps
PLACE a 2 1/2 lb piece of Canadian Peameal bacon (pickled/cornmeal) in a lightly greased 11 x 9 x 2 inch foil baking pan.
BARBECUE on medium heat with barbecue lid opened for 15 minutes, turn over and grill for another 15 minutes until bacon is hot.
COMBINE 3/4 cup Kraft Brown Sugar Barbecue Sauce and 1/4 cup maple syrup in a small bowl. Brush mixture over bacon frequently and grill for an additional 15-20 minutes. Remove from grill and let stand 5-10 minutes before slicing in diagonal slices across grain to serve.

If bacon is grilled with cover of barbecue closed, cooking time will be reduced by 15-20 minutes.
Use Your Stove
To bake in the oven - place bacon in an oven proof baking dish. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, glazing half way through baking time.
