1 tsp. zest and 2 Tbsp. juice from 2 limes

4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)

Step 1
Heat greased barbecue to medium heat.
Step 2
Mix ketchup, soy sauce, lime zest and juice until blended. Reserve half the ketchup mixture for later use.
Step 3
Grill chicken 6 min. on each side. Brush with half the remaining ketchup mixture. Grill 1 to 2 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF), turning and brushing occasionally with remaining ketchup mixture.
Step 4
Add pineapple and bacon to barbecue next to chicken; brush with half the reserved ketchup mixture. Top chicken with cheese. Grill 1 min. or until cheese is melted. Remove chicken from barbecue. Grill bacon and pineapple additional 2 to 3 min. or until heated through and evenly browned on both sides, turning occasionally.
Step 5
Brush cut-sides of buns with remaining reserved ketchup mixture. Fill with lettuce, tomatoes, chicken, bacon and pineapple.

Grilled Chicken-Pineapple Club Wraps
Chop tomatoes instead of slicing them. Grill ingredients as directed. Slice chicken, bacon and pineapple; place on flour tortillas. Top with lettuce and tomatoes, then roll up.
