4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
2/3 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup, divided
1/3 cup light sour cream or plain yogurt
1 tsp. smoked paprika or chili powder
1 mango, chopped
1 small red pepper, chopped
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
2 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce

Step 1
Pound chicken to 1/2-inch thickness; place in shallow dish. Reserve 2 Tbsp. ketchup. Combine remaining ketchup with sour cream and paprika; pour over chicken. Turn chicken to evenly coat both sides of each breast with sour cream mixture. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
Step 2
Heat greased barbecue to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Grill chicken 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (165ºF).
Step 3
Meanwhile, combine reserved ketchup with remaining ingredients.
Step 4
Serve chicken topped with mango salsa.

How to Pound the Chicken Breasts
Place chicken in freezer-weight resealable plastic bag; pound with side of heavy can, rolling pin or meat mallet until chicken is desired thickness.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with hot cooked green beans, and a mix of steamed white and wild rice.
Mango-Salsa Pork
Prepare recipe as directed, substituting 4 boneless pork loin chops for the chicken and adjusting the grilling time, if necessary, until chops are done (160ºF).
Substitute 3/4 cup chopped fresh peaches or small pineapple chunks for the mango.
