2 sourdough bread slices (1 inch thick)
1/4 cup loosely packed fresh spinach
3 tomato slices
1 cooked bacon slice
1 Tbsp. Kraft Rancher's Choice Dressing

How do I make it ?
Heat greased waffle iron.
Heat small skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Add egg; cook 3 to 4 min. or until white is set and yolk is cooked to desired doneness.
Fill bread slices with spinach, tomatoes, bacon and egg. Drizzle with dressing.
Add to waffle iron; close lid. Cook 3 to 4 min. or until golden brown.

Prepare using your favourite bread, or whatever bread you have on hand.
Substitute 30 g sliced deli ham for the bacon.
This delicious sandwich can be cooked in a skillet instead. Heat nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add sandwich; cook 2 to 3 min. each side or until sandwich is golden brown on both sides.
