Step 1
Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
Step 2
Toss eggplant with dressing. Grill 10 min., turning after 5 min.
Step 3
Place in single layer in 13x9-inch disposable foil pan sprayed with cooking spray; top with tomatoes and cheese. Cover with foil; grill 4 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
Step 4
Top with basil.
