This Greek salad has a simple twist. A duo of lettuce is grilled until smoky and then tossed with classic Greek salad ingredients.

1 cup rinsed canned chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese with garlic and herbs
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 English cucumber, cut lengthwise in half, then sliced crosswise
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
1/2 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Greek Feta Dressing, divided
1 head romaine hearts, cut lengthwise in half
1 head radicchio, cut lengthwise in half
1 cup pita chips, broken

How do I make it ?
Heat barbecue to medium heat.
Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl. Add 1/4 cup dressing; mix lightly.
Place romaine and radicchio, cut sides up, on barbecue grate. Drizzle with remaining dressing. Grill 5 min. Remove romaine from barbecue. Turn radicchio over; grill 3 min. Remove from barbecue.
Chop romaine and radicchio. Add to chickpea mixture; mix lightly.
Top with chips just before serving.

Grill the romaine and radicchio in your grill pan on top of the stove instead of on the outdoor barbecue.
Prepare using Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing.
