A fantastic grilled twist on potato salad. Perfect for BBQ season, but can easily be prepared year-round. This creamy herb and garlic potato trio with green onions would be a perfect accompaniment to most grilled meats.

1 lb. (450 g) Yukon gold potatoes, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 lb. (450 g) red potatoes, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 lb. (450 g) sweet potatoes, peeled, cut into 1-inch chunks
3 Tbsp. oil
3/4 cup Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese Product
1/4 cup milk
4 green onions, thinly sliced

Step 1
Heat barbecue to medium heat.
Step 2
Spoon each variety of potato onto separate large sheet of heavy-duty foil. Drizzle with oil; toss to evenly coat potatoes. Fold foil to make 3 packets.
Step 3
Grill Yukon gold and red potato packets 10 min. Add sweet potato packet; grill 20 min. or until potatoes are tender, turning after 10 min.
Step 4
Mix cream cheese product and milk until blended. Empty potato packets into large bowl. Add onions and cream cheese mixture; mix lightly.

Variation
Potatoes can be cooked on the stovetop instead of on the barbecue. Add whole Yukon gold and red potatoes to saucepan of boiling water; cook 25 to 30 min. or just until potatoes are tender. Meanwhile, cook cubed peeled sweet potatoes in separate saucepan of boiling water 15 to 20 min. or just until tender. Drain potatoes. Cut whole potatoes into 1-inch pieces, then use to prepare recipe as directed.
