4 hot dogs

1 cup cherry tomatoes

1 cup Claussen Dill Pickles, cut into 1-inch-thick slices

1 lb. (450 g) red new potatoes, cut into 1-inch chunks, partially cooked

1/2 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing

4 cups tightly packed torn mixed salad greens

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat barbecue to medium heat.
Step 2
Thread hot dogs onto 8 skewers alternately with tomatoes, pickles and potatoes; place in shallow dish.
Step 3
Pour dressing over kabobs; turn to evenly coat kabob ingredients with dressing. Refrigerate 10 min.
Step 4
Drain kabobs; discard dressing. Grill kabobs 5 min. on each side or until hot dogs are heated through. Serve over salad greens.

Cooking Know-How
If using wooden skewers, soak them in warm water for 30 min. before using to prevent them from burning on the barbecue.
Note
Partially cook potatoes in the microwave before threading onto skewers so they are done at the same time as the meat.
