3 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce

1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish

2 tsp. lime juice

1 tsp. cayenne pepper sauce

2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

2 Tbsp. oil

1/2 tsp. black pepper

1-1/2 lb. (675 g) uncooked jumbo shrimp, peeled with tails left on, deveined

Step 1
Heat barbecue to medium heat.
Step 2
Combine first 5 ingredients in medium bowl. Remove half the ketchup mixture; reserve for later use.
Step 3
Add parsley, oil and black pepper to remaining ketchup mixture; mix well. Toss with shrimp in large bowl. Place in grill basket; place on barbecue grate.
Step 4
Grill 6 min. or until shrimp turn pink, tossing occasionally. Serve with reserved ketchup mixture.

Note
If you don't have a grill basket, you can use a disposable 13x9-inch foil pan instead. Poke small holes in bottom of pan, then press bottom of pan onto hard surface to flatten the holes before using to cook the shrimp.
