4 lamb loin chops (1 lb./450 g)
1 tsp. cracked black pepper
1/2 cup halved grape tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped cucumbers
1/4 cup Cracker Barrel Crumbled Feta Cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
3 Tbsp. Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

Step 1
Heat grill pan sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat.
Step 2
Sprinkle pepper evenly onto both sides of chops; rub gently into chops.
Step 3
Grill 5 to 6 min. on each side or until chops are done (160ºF). Remove chops from pan. Let stand 5 min.
Step 4
Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients.
Step 5
Serve chops over tomato mixture.
