4 ears corn on the cob in husks

1/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread

1 Tbsp. lime juice

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese with garlic and herbs

2 Tbsp. finely chopped red onions

1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
Step 2
Peel back husks from each ear of corn, leaving them attached at base. Remove and discard silk; rewrap corn with husks.
Step 3
Place corn in large pot of cold water; let soak 10 min. Meanwhile, mix Miracle Whip and lime juice until blended.
Step 4
Drain corn. Grill 15 to 20 min. or until husks are lightly charred and corn is tender, turning occasionally.
Step 5
Unwrap husks; drizzle corn with Miracle Whip mixture. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
Kraft Kitchen Tips!
Note
This recipe can also prepared with corn without the husks. Just omit the soaking step, and grill corn as directed.
Substitute
Substitute 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese for the feta cheese.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with lime wedges.
