How to Prepare with Pizza Dough
Substitute 1/2 lb. (250 g) refrigerated pizza dough for the store-bought flatbread. Brush 1 Tbsp. oil onto large sheet of parchment. Roll out dough to 14x8-inch rectangle or 12-inch round. Transfer dough, parchment side up, to barbecue grate; remove parchment. Grill dough 2 to 4 min. or until bottom of crust is lightly charred. Transfer, grilled side up, to work surface. Top with jam, peaches, onions and cheese. Grill 4 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
