1 peach, halved, pitted
1/4 tsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
1 Tbsp. peach jam
1 pkg. (300 g) flatbread
50 g Cracker Barrel Jalapeño Cheddar Cheese, cut into 6 slices
2 thin red onion slices, cut in half, separated into half rings
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

Step 1
Heat barbecue to medium heat.
Step 2
Grill peach halves, cut sides down, 5 to 7 min. or until softened, turning after 4 min. Remove from barbecue; cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices.
Step 3
Mix Sriracha sauce and jam until blended; spread onto bread. Top with peaches, cheese and onions. Grill 4 to 5 min. or until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.
Step 4
Sprinkle with cilantro.

How to Prepare with Pizza Dough
Substitute 1/2 lb. (250 g) refrigerated pizza dough for the store-bought flatbread. Brush 1 Tbsp. oil onto large sheet of parchment. Roll out dough to 14x8-inch rectangle or 12-inch round. Transfer dough, parchment side up, to barbecue grate; remove parchment. Grill dough 2 to 4 min. or until bottom of crust is lightly charred. Transfer, grilled side up, to work surface. Top with jam, peaches, onions and cheese. Grill 4 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
