1 Tbsp. non-hydrogenated margarine, divided
4 slices whole wheat Texas toast
1/4 cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
2 bananas, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. milk
2 tsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

Step 1
Preheat grill pan on medium heat; grease with margarine. Spread bread with peanut butter. Top 2 of the bread slices with bananas; cover with remaining bread slices.
Step 2
Beat remaining ingredients with whisk in shallow dish until blended. Dip both sides of sandwiches in egg mixture. Grill 1 to 2 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides, placing heavy skillet on top of sandwiches as they cook. Cut in half.
