4 cups water
1 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup butter, divided
1/3 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese
1 jar (650 mL) Classico di Campania Sweet Basil Marinara Pasta Sauce

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Bring water to boil in medium saucepan. Gradually stir in cornmeal. Add 2 Tbsp. butter; cook and stir 1 to 2 min. or until melted. Simmer on medium-low heat 15 to 20 min. or until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Step 2
Add cheese and remaining butter; stir 1 min. or until butter is completely melted and mixture is well blended
Step 3
Pour into parchment-lined 13x9-inch dish. Cool completely. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
Step 4
Heat barbecue to medium-high heat. Remove polenta from dish; cut into 12 triangles. Grill 5 to 6 min. on each side or until heated through and grill marked on both sides. Meanwhile, heat pasta sauce as directed on label.
Step 5
Serve polenta topped with pasta sauce.
