2 medium portobello mushroom caps, cleaned

2 kaiser rolls, split

2/3 cup fresh spinach leaves, cut into strips

Step 1
Pour 2 Tbsp. of the dressing over mushrooms in shallow dish; cover. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate. Remove mushrooms from marinade; discard marinade.
Step 2
Preheat barbecue to medium-high heat. Grill mushrooms 5 min. on each side or until tender.
Step 3
Cover bottom halves of rolls with spinach and tomatoes; drizzle with remaining 2 Tbsp. dressing. Cover with mushrooms and tops of rolls.

Use Your Broiler
To cook mushrooms under the broiler instead of on the barbecue, place mushrooms on rack of broiler pan. Preheat broiler. Broil mushrooms, 3 to 4 inches from heat, 5 min. on each side or until tender. Use as directed.
