2 lb. (900 g) large red potatoes (about 5)
1/3 cup water
2 Tbsp. oil
4 slices reduced-sodium bacon, cooked, coarsely chopped
2 Tbsp. capers
2 Tbsp. coarsely chopped fresh parsley
2 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Peppercorn Ranch Dressing, divided

Step 1
Prick potatoes with fork; place in 3-L microwaveable casserole dish. Add water; cover with lid. Microwave on HIGH 10 to 12 min. or until potatoes are crisp-tender; drain. Rinse potatoes with cold water. Cool 10 min. Meanwhile, heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat.
Step 2
Cut potatoes into 1/4-inch-thick lengthwise slices; brush evenly with oil. Grill 10 to 12 min. or until potatoes are tender and golden brown on both sides, turning after 6 min.
Step 3
Transfer potatoes to platter; top with bacon, capers, parsley and onions. Drizzle with 2 Tbsp. dressing.
Step 4
Pour remaining dressing into small bowl. Serve with the potatoes.

Use Your Stove
To parboil the potatoes on the stove top instead of in the microwave, place potatoes in Dutch oven or large saucepan. Add enough water to cover potatoes. Bring to boil on high heat; simmer on medium-low heat 14 to 16 min. or until potatoes are crisp-tender. Drain, then continue as directed.
