1/2 eggplant, cut crosswise into 1/4-inch-thick slices
1 small zucchini, cut diagonally into 1/4-inch-thick slices
1/2 each red and yellow pepper
1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
1 pkg. (250 g) naan breads (2 breads)
1 cup crumbled feta cheese with garlic and herbs, divided

How do I make it ?
Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
Toss vegetables with dressing in large bowl.
Grill 5 to 6 min. on each side or until crisp-tender. Remove from barbecue; set aside.
Place naan breads on barbecue grate; grill 1 min. Transfer, grilled sides up, to work surface; top with layers of half the cheese, vegetables and remaining cheese. Return to barbecue.
Grill 3 to 4 min. or until cheese is heated through and begins to soften. Cut each naan into 4 wedges.
Kraft Kitchen Tips!
Serve with a crisp green salad topped with your favourite Kraft Vinaigrette Dressing.
To serve as appetizers, instead cut each of the 2 naan breads into 8 wedges.
Garnish each topped naan wedge with a small sprig of fresh oregano just before serving.
