An easy way to get you to a Hollandaise sauce. All you need is Miracle Whip, milk, herbs and a microwave!

6 skin-on salmon fillets (1-1/2 lb./675 g)
1/3 cup Miracle Whip made with Olive Oil Spread*
2 Tbsp. flour
1 cup milk
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh dill

How do I make it ?
Heat greased barbecue to medium heat.
Grill fish, skin sides down, 8 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Meanwhile, mix Miracle Whip and flour in 2-cup microwaveable measuring cup; gently whisk in milk. Microwave on HIGH 3 to 4 min. or until thickened, stirring after 2 min. Stir in dill.
Serve fish topped with sauce.

When salmon is done, it will appear opaque and flake easily with fork.
Prepare using your favourite fresh herb or combination of fresh herbs, such as basil, cilantro and parsley.
Garnish with a sprinkling of chopped fresh chives or additional dill before serving.
