2 large tomatoes, seeded, finely chopped
1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 canned chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, finely chopped
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 baguette (350 g), cut diagonally into 20 slices
10 Cracker Barrel Monterey Jack with Jalapeno Natural Cheese Slices, cut diagonally in half

Step 1
Heat barbecue to medium heat.
Step 2
Combine first 6 ingredients.
Step 3
Cover half of barbecue grate with sheet of heavy-duty foil. Grill bread slices on uncovered side 30 sec. to 1 min. or until bottoms are golden brown. Turn bread slices over and place on foil-covered grate. Top with cheese, then tomato mixture.
Step 4
Grill 3 to 4 min. or until cheese is melted and topping is heated through.
