How do I make it ?
Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat.
Use pulsing action of food processor to process basil, marinade, oil, cheese and lemon zest until basil is finely chopped and ingredients are well blended.
Add half the marinade mixture to combined scallops and shrimp; toss until evenly coated.
Grill scallops and shrimp 4 to 5 min. or until scallops are opaque and shrimp turn pink, turning after 2-1/2 min. Place in large bowl.
Add vegetables and remaining marinade mixture to scallops and shrimp; mix lightly. Serve over pasta.

Serve topped with a light sprinkling of additional Parmesan.
Serve the seafood mixture over a bed of hot steamed green beans or asparagus instead of the cooked pasta.
