1 lb. (450 g) beef grilling steak, top sirloin
1/3 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing, divided
2 cups loosely packed Italian parsley
1/3 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Shaved Cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 lemon, cut into 4 wedges

How do I make it ?
Heat barbecue to medium-high heat. Meanwhile, brush steak with 2 Tbsp. dressing. Refrigerate 15 min.
Grill steak 4 to 5 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160°F). Remove from barbecue; cover. Let stand 5 min. Meanwhile, combine parsley, cheese, lemon juice and remaining dressing.
Cut steak across the grain into thin slices. Place on serving plate; top with parsley mixture. Serve with lemon wedges.

Prepare using any beef grilling steak, such as strip loin, wing, porterhouse, rib-eye or tenderloin.
To help retain the flavourful meat juices, let the grilled steak stand for about 5 min. before slicing. Then, place meat on a platter and serve family style.
For more flavour, brush steak with dressing, then refrigerate overnight before grilling.
