Grilled steak is certainly a summertime treat and this one is no different. Marinated in BBQ sauce and topped with sweet-and-sour onions, this steak is sure to be a hit at the next outdoor barbecue.

1 cup Kraft Original BBQ Sauce
4 beef grilling strip steaks (2 lb./900 g)
3 Tbsp. butter
2 large onions, sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup
1/2 cup Heinz Chili Sauce
1/4 cup Heinz Malt Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Step 1
Pour barbecue sauce over steaks in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of steaks with barbecue sauce. Refrigerate 2 hours to marinate.
Step 2
Heat barbecue to medium heat. Remove steaks from marinade; discard marinade. Grill steaks 7 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160ºF).
Step 3
Meanwhile, melt butter in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions and garlic; cook 6 to 8 min. or until onions are tender and golden brown, stirring occasionally. Add all remaining ingredients except parsley; mix well. Cook 5 min., stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in parsley.
Step 4
Cut steaks across the grain into thin slices. Serve topped with onion mixture.
