1/2 cup Bull's-Eye Barbecue Sauce
2 boneless beef strip loin steaks (1 lb./450 g), 1 inch thick
2 Tbsp. butter
1 large onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup
1/4 cup Heinz Chili Sauce
2 Tbsp. Heinz Malt Vinegar
2 tsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Step 1
Pour barbecue sauce over steaks in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of steaks with barbecue sauce. Refrigerate 3 hours to marinate.
Step 2
Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions and garlic; stir. Cook 6 min., stirring frequently. Reduce heat to medium. Add all remaining ingredients except parsley; mix well. Cook 5 min., stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in parsley. Cover to keep warm.
Step 3
Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat. Remove steaks from marinade; discard marinade. Grill steaks 5 to 6 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160ºF).
Step 4
Remove steaks from barbecue; cover. Let stand 8 to 10 min. before cutting across the grain into thin slices. Serve topped with onion mixture.
