2 Tbsp. Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
2 cups tightly packed chopped fresh spinach
1 cup fresh corn kernels
6 Tbsp. Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese Product

Step 1
Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
Step 2
Cut thin slice off top of each tomato; reserve tops. Scoop out centres, leaving 1/2-inch-thick shells. Place removed pulp in large skillet.
Step 3
Stir dressing into pulp; cook on high heat 2 min. or until mixture is reduced by half. Add spinach and corn; cook and stir 2 min. or until corn is crisp-tender. Spoon into tomato shells; top with cream cheese product.
Step 4
Spray barbecue grate with cooking spray. Grill tomatoes and reserved tops 3 to 5 min. or until heated through.
Step 5
Serve stuffed tomatoes with the tops.
