1/3 cup Kraft Greek with Feta and Oregano Dressing, divided
1 English cucumber, cut into thin slices
2 plum tomatoes, cut into thin slices
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese with garlic and herbs
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves

How do I make it ?
Heat barbecue to medium heat.
Toss tofu with 2 Tbsp. dressing; thread onto 4 skewers.
Grill 8 to10 min. or until tofu is evenly browned, turning occasionally.
Arrange cucumbers and tomatoes on platter; top with tofu. Drizzle with remaining dressing; sprinkle with cheese and basil.

Substitute fresh parsley for the basil.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup slivered red onions over cucumbers and tomatoes on platter before topping with grilled tofu. Continue as directed.
