After spreading the focaccia bread halves with HEINZ SERIOUSLY GOOD Mayonnaise, they are then piled high with grilled veggies, prosciutto and goat cheese resulting in grilled focaccia that is anything but ordinary.

1 pkg. (480 g) focaccia bread, split horizontally in half
1/4 cup Heinz [Seriously] Good Mayonnaise
8 fresh basil leaves
150 g thinly sliced prosciutto
1 cup each roasted red pepper and zucchini strips (1 inch wide)
1/2 cup goat cheese

How do I make it ?
Heat panini grill.
Spread cut sides of bread with mayonnaise.
Fill with remaining ingredients.
Grill 3 min. or until cheese is melted.
Cut into 6 wedges to serve.

How to Roast the Vegetables
Heat oven to 350°F. Toss red pepper and zucchini strips with your favourite Kraft Dressing until evenly coated. Spread onto rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 15 to 20 min. or until vegetables are tender, stirring after 10 min.
