4 lasagna noodles, uncooked
1/2 lb. (225 g) extra-lean ground turkey
1-1/2 cups Classico di Napoli Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
1/2 cup cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
2 Tbsp. Classico Basil Pesto di Genova
3/4 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided

Step 1
Heat oven to 375°F.
Step 2
Cook noodles in saucepan of boiling water 5 min. (Noodles will not be done.) Drain noodles; cool completely.
Step 3
Meanwhile, cook turkey in medium skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat until done, stirring frequently. Stir in pasta sauce. Bring to boil, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
Step 4
Combine cottage cheese, Parmesan, pesto and 1/2 cup mozzarella.
Step 5
Cut noodles into thirds. Spoon 1/3 cup pasta sauce mixture onto bottom of 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray; cover with layers of 3 noodle pieces, 1/3 cup of the remaining pasta sauce mixture and 1/3 cup cottage cheese mixture. Repeat layers twice. Top with remaining noodles, pasta sauce mixture and mozzarella; cover.
Step 6
Bake 45 min. or until heated through, uncovering for the last 15 min. Let stand 5 min. before cutting to serve.

Make it Easy
Make cleanup a breeze by lining the loaf pan with foil before using as directed. When lining the pan, use enough foil so that the ends extend over the sides of the pan. After the 5-min. stand time, use the foil handles to remove the baked lasagna from the pan before cutting to serve. Then, use the same foil to wrap up any leftovers. Refrigerate leftovers up to 1 week, or freeze up to 3 months. If frozen, thaw in refrigerator before reheating to serve.
