You don't need avocados to make this creamy guacamole-style dip. It gets its creaminess from MIRACLE WHIP, edamame and cilantro.

1/2 cup Kraft Italian Zesty Lime Dressing
1/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
2 cups frozen edamame (shelled), thawed
1 jalapeño pepper, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro, divided
6 Tbsp. finely chopped red onions, divided
3/4 cup salsa
1 cup rinsed canned black beans
1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

How do I make it ?
Process dressing, Miracle Whip and edamame in food processor until smooth.
Add peppers, garlic, 6 Tbsp. cilantro and 1/4 cup onions; pulse just until blended. Spread onto bottom of pie plate.
Top with layers of salsa, beans, lettuce, and remaining cilantro and onions.

Serve with crisp tortilla chips.
Substitute thawed frozen peas or chopped broccoli for the edamame.
