Our Halloween Eyes Dessert puts a Halloween-inspired twist on strawberry jelly. Guests will eye these spooky desserts and then gobble them up!

1 cup boiling water
1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Strawberry Jelly Powder
1/2 cup cold water
1 pouch (7 g) unflavoured gelatine
1 cup milk, divided
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tube (19 g) red decorating gel
6 mini creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies
6 candy eyes (1/2 inch)

Step 1
Add boiling water to strawberry jelly powder in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Pour into 6 (4- to 5-oz.) glasses, adding about 1/4 cup jelly to each glass. Refrigerate 30 min. or until jelly is set but not firm.
Step 2
Meanwhile, sprinkle unflavoured gelatine over 1/4 cup milk in medium bowl; let stand 5 min. Bring remaining milk just to simmer in saucepan. Remove from heat; stir in sugar and vanilla. Add to unflavoured gelatine; stir until completely dissolved. Let stand at room temperature until ready to use.
Step 3
Spoon unflavoured gelatine mixture over strawberry jelly layer in each glass, adding about 3 Tbsp. unflavoured gelatine mixture to each glass. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
Step 4
Decorate with some of the decorating gel as shown in photo. Place cookies, then candy eyes on centres of desserts, securing eyes to cookies with the remaining decorating gel.
