3/4 cup flour
3/4 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
3/4 cup skim milk
1 egg white
1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Light 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese
1/2 cup ham cubes
2 Tbsp. freshly chopped fresh basil
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1/2 cup Catelli Tomato & Basil Pizza Sauce

Step 1
Heat oven to 375ºF.
Step 2
Mix flour and baking powder in medium bowl. Add milk and egg white; mix well. Stir in all remaining ingredients except pizza sauce. Let stand 10 min.
Step 3
Stir batter; spoon into 24 mini muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 4
Bake 20 min. or until puffed and golden brown. Meanwhile, heat pizza sauce in small saucepan. Serve puffs with sauce.

Substitute pepperoni for the ham and Italian parsley for the basil.
