1-1/4 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese
2 Tbsp. fresh thyme leaves
1 tsp. water
2 Tbsp. sesame seed

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 425°F.
Unroll puff pastry sheet onto cutting board; cut lengthwise in half. Cut each piece crosswise into thirds, then cut piece diagonally in half. (You should have 12 triangular pieces.)
Top pastry pieces with ham, cheese and thyme; roll up, starting at short side of each. Place, seam sides down, on parchment-covered baking sheet.
Beat egg and water until blended; brush onto crescents. Sprinkle with sesame seed.
Bake 20 to 25 min. or until golden brown.

These crescents can be assembled ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 2 hours. Brush with egg mixture just before baking as directed.
Puff pastry is easiest to work with when it's cold. Place any pieces you are not using right away in the refrigerator until ready to use. If the pastry gets too soft when you are cutting it, simply return it to the fridge or freezer to firm it up. By keeping the pastry as cold as possible, it will be easier to make precise cuts. Use a sharp knife, pizza wheel or pastry cutter, and ruler to help you cut the pastry as directed.
