40 g sliced deli reduced-sodium ham, chopped
2 large whole wheat tortillas

How do I make it ?
Whisk whole egg and egg whites until blended; stir in ham.
Heat nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add egg mixture; cook 3 min. or until set, stirring occasionally.
Spoon egg mixture down centres of tortillas; top with cheese. Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito-style.
