1 lb. lean ground beef

1 cup crushed Premium Plus Salted Crackers, 24 crackers

2 eggs, lightly beaten

1/4 tsp. pepper

1 1/2 tsp. dried dried oregano leaves

1/2 cup diced green pepper

1 1/2 grated Cracker Barrel Mozzarella Cheese

Step 1
DRAIN tomatoes, reserving juice. Combine juice with beef, cracker crumbs, eggs and pepper, mixing well.
Step 2
SPREAD evenly onto 12-inch pizza pan with sides.
Step 3
BAKE at 425°F (220°C) for about 15 minutes or until browned.
Step 4
DRAIN off fat.
Step 5
SPOON tomatoes on top of crust and sprinkle with oregano, green pepper, and cheeses.
