Place 1 cheese slice on 1 bread slice; top with apples and remaining cheese slice. Spread remaining bread slice with mustard; place, mustard side down, over sandwich.
Step 2
Spread outside of sandwich with mayonnaise.
Step 3
Cook in skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 2 to 3 min. on each side or until cheese is melted and sandwich is golden brown on both sides.
