1/2 cup chocolate wafer cookie crumbs
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
4 tsp. milk
1/2 tsp. kosher salt, divided

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 325°F.
Step 2
Combine cookie crumbs and butter; press onto bottoms of 24 paper-lined mini muffin cups, adding about 1 tsp. crumb mixture to each cup.
Step 3
Beat cream cheese, sugar and 1/3 cup hazelnut spread in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add egg; beat just until blended.
Step 4
Spoon into muffin cups, adding about 1 Tbsp. cream cheese mixture to each cup.
Step 5
Bake 15 min. or until centres of cheesecakes are almost set; cool completely.
Step 6
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Step 7
Microwave caramels, milk and 1/4 tsp. salt in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.; stir until caramels are completely melted and mixture is well blended. Spoon about 1/2 tsp. caramel sauce over each cheesecake.
Step 8
Microwave remaining hazelnut spread in small bowl 10 sec. or just until warmed; drizzle over cheesecakes. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Step 9
Sprinkle with remaining salt before serving.
