1/4 cup non-hydrogenated margarine
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
1 cup water
1-1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Old Cheddar Cheese
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower)
2 cups frozen corn
2 cups frozen cut green beans

Step 1
Melt margarine in large saucepan on medium heat. Add flour; stir with whisk until blended. Cook 2 min., stirring constantly. Gradually stir in milk, then water until blended; cook 5 min. or until thickened, stirring constantly.
Step 2
Add cheese; cook and stir 3 min. or until cheese is completely melted and sauce is well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients; cover.
Step 3
Simmer on medium-low heat 10 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
