1 round bread loaf (675 g)
1/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
2 Tbsp. Heinz Dijon Mustard
125 g thinly sliced deli turkey breast (about 11 slices)
3/4 cup spinach leaves
1/3 cup thinly sliced onions (about 1 small), separated into rings, cooked until caramelized
1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozza-Cheddar Cheese

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut 1/2-inch-thick slice from top of bread loaf; remove centre of loaf, leaving 1-inch-thick shell. Reserve removed bread for another use. Spread inside of bread shell and cut-side of top of loaf with Miracle Whip and mustard.
Step 2
Fill bread shell with layers of turkey, spinach, onions and cheese; cover with top of bread loaf. Wrap in foil.
Step 3
Bake 30 min. or until cheese is melted and sandwich is heated through. Let stand 10 min. Cut into wedges with serrated knife. Serve warm.

How to Make Caramelized Onions
Peel 2 medium onions, then cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices. (You should have about 2 cups onion slices.) Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook 20 to 25 min. or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Stir in 1-1/2 tsp. sugar; cook 5 min. or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
