Heat oil in large deep ovenproof skillet on medium heat. Add onions and herbs; mix well. Cook 5 min., stirring occasionally. Add meat; cook 10 min. or until evenly browned, stirring frequently.
Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup and water; bring to boil. Add pasta; stir. Simmer, partially covered, 15 min. or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
Mix ricotta and Parmesan until blended; spoon over centre of pasta mixture. Sprinkle with mozzarella.
Broil, 6 inches from heat, 2 to 3 min. or until ricotta mixture is heated through and mozzarella is melted.
Kraft Kitchen Tips!
If you don't have an ovenproof skillet, you can instead wrap the handle of your regular skillet with several layers of foil before using as directed.
Substitute 4 cups leftover cooked pasta for the cut-up lasagna sheets, then reduce the cooking time of the pasta in the tomato sauce mixture to 5 min. or until pasta mixture is heated through.
Mix 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil to the ricotta mixture before spooning over pasta mixture in skillet.
