1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs, (sage, tarragon, thyme)

1 cup clear apple cider

2 cups sugar

1/4 cup HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar

1 pouch Certo Liquid Pectin

How do I make it ?

Step 1
HEAT cider and herbs to boiling in a medium saucepan. Set aside to steep for 5 minutes.
Step 2
ADD sugar and vinegar.
Step 3
STIR over medium high heat. Bring to a full rolling boil and boil hard 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Step 4
IMMEDIATELY stir in liquid fruit pectin.
Step 5
LET stand 5 minutes, stirring constantly to distribute herbs.
Step 6
POUR quickly into warm, sterilized jars filling up to 1/4-inch from rim.
Step 7
SEAL while hot with sterilized 2-piece lids with new centres.
