1/2 cup butter
4 Italian sausage links, cut lengthwise in half, then diagonally into 1/4-inch-thick slices
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Lower Sodium Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1 cup dried apricots, chopped
1/2 cup chopped Italian parsley
1/4 cup chopped fresh sage
2 eggs
2 cups 25%-less-sodium chicken broth

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add sausage, celery and onions; cook 5 to 7 min. or until sausage is evenly browned and vegetables are softened, stirring frequently.
Step 3
Spoon sausage mixture into large bowl. Add stuffing mix, apricots, parsley and sage; mix lightly.
Step 4
Whisk eggs and chicken broth until blended. Add to stuffing mixture; mix lightly.
Step 5
Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover.
Step 6
Bake 30 min. or until heated through, uncovering for the last 10 min.
