1 pouch Shake'N Bake Extra Crispy Original Coating Mix
1/4 tsp. each dried basil leaves, dried tarragon leaves, parsley flakes and garlic powder
1/8 tsp. black pepper
3 Tbsp. Heinz Dijon Mustard
6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb./675 g)

Step 1
Heat oven to 375°F.
Step 2
Combine coating mix and seasonings in pie plate.
Step 3
Spread mustard onto both sides of chicken breasts. Dip, 1 breast at a time, in coating mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of breast. Place in single layer in shallow pan sprayed with cooking spray. Discard any remaining coating mixture.
Step 4
Bake 20 to 25 min. or until done (165°F).
