2 Tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. orange zest
1 salmon fillet (1 lb./450 g)
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil

Heat greased barbecue to medium heat.
Step 2
Mix first 3 ingredients until blended.
Step 3
Place fish, skin-side down, on barbecue grate; brush with half the sauce. Grill 10 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork, brushing with remaining sauce after 5 min.
Step 4
Remove fish to platter; sprinkle with basil.

Cedar-Plank Salmon Grill
Immerse 1 untreated cedar plank (14x7x1-inch) in water, placing a weight on top of plank to keep it submerged. Soak 4 hours or overnight. Heat barbecue as directed. Brush top of plank with oil; top with fish. Place on barbecue grate; grill 10 min. Meanwhile, prepare sauce as directed. Brush fish with sauce; grill 5 to 10 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork. Remove from barbecue; sprinkle with basil.
