2 pkg. (250 g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1 pkg. (24 g) 30%-less-sodium taco seasoning mix
1 cup Cracker Barrel Finely Shredded 3 Cheese Mexicana Cheese, divided
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 avocado, chopped
2 Tbsp. sliced black olives
1 Tbsp. chopped red peppers
2 thin wheat snack crackers

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Mix cream cheese, taco seasoning mix and 1/2 cup shredded cheese until blended; spread into Christmas tree shape on large plate. Top with sour cream to within 1/4 inch of edges.
Step 2
Sprinkle remaining shredded cheese around edges of cheese spread.
Step 3
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Step 4
Decorate with avocados, olives and peppers to resemble garland, lights and ornaments.
Step 5
Place crackers at bottom of tree for the trunk.

Top this festive tree-shaped holiday spread with a red pepper star. Just cut a piece of red pepper into a star shape using a 1-1/2-inch cookie cutter.

Substitute
Substitute 1/2 cup prepared guacamole for the chopped avocado. Use a small spoon to make the garland with the guacamole. Or, spoon guacamole into a small resealable plastic bag. Cut a small piece from 1 bottom corner of bag, then use to pipe the guacamole onto the cheese spread.
