How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 375°F.
Step 2
Reserve 1/4 cup barbecue sauce. Mix remaining barbecue sauce with remaining ingredients just until blended.
Step 3
Shape into loaf in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with reserved barbecue sauce.
Step 4
Bake 1 hour or until done (160ºF).

How to Make Cleanup Easy
Place all ingredients except reserved 1/4 cup barbecue sauce in large resealable plastic bag. Remove excess air from bag; seal bag and squeeze until ingredients are evenly mixed. Shape meat mixture into loaf in bag. Transfer loaf from bag to baking dish; top with reserved barbecue sauce and bake as directed.
