1 medium red onion, cut in wedges
1/2 cup Kraft Honey Dijon Dressing, divided
1/2 head broccoli, cut in florets
1 can (14 oz / 398 mL) pineapple chunks
3/4 cup water
1-1/2 cups instant white rice
