Combine all ingredients except thyme in large skillet. Bring to boil on medium-high heat; cover. Simmer on medium heat 15 min. or until squash is tender, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Stir in thyme; cook, uncovered, 2 to 3 min. or until liquid is cooked off and squash is evenly glazed, stirring occasionally.
